Orders are generally shipped the SAME DAY or the NEXT business day by the shipping provider you selected during checkout. USPS and FedEx are our primary shipping providers.

In most cases, you should receive a tracking number to your provided email. If your order is not received within 7-10 days, please contact us.

Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

All products sold by Tactical Supplies 4 Less is new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, Tactical Supplies 4 Less will give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 14 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for any open products returned.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of Tactical Supplies 4 Less order processing.

Sales are final on clearance merchandise & special orders

CLAIMS: Any damage to your package or shipment discrepancy must be reported to Tactical Supplies 4 Less customer service within two (2) days of receipt of package. We can not guarantee resolution on claims if not reported within two (2) days. Any claim reported after fifteen (15) days of receipt of package will not be honored.

All returned good must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Authorization Number prior to returning any product.

*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.

We process all orders through Authorize.net. Which allows us to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

1) If you have any problems with your order, please call our sales team at 813-465-1740 or email us at connect@tacticalsupplies4less.com and ask for a Return Authorization Number.
2) Include a copy of your invoice with all returns.
3) Please mark the outside of your box with the Return Authorization Number.

Note: Packages without an RA# on the outside of the box will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States.
If an item is damaged or parts are missing upon arrival, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your item.

Our customer support department is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, EST.

Our website tracks live inventory, which means that if you can add the item to your cart, we have it in stock. We can make mistakes but that is an exception. If for some reason the item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide further options.
No, we do not sell Airsoft branded or copies of real products. We are an authorized dealer of all the products on our website.
